Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the shipping phase, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund After Cancellation: Upon successful cancellation, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

 

Non-Cancelable Orders

 

Ready to Ship: Once an order is labeled as "Ready to Ship" or has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can refer to our return policy if you wish to return the item once received.

 

Custom or Personalized Products: Orders for customized or personalized furniture or apparel cannot be canceled once production has begun, as these items are crafted specifically for you.

 

Order Modifications

 

Changes to Your Order: If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjustments to the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, no changes can be made once the order has been processed.
